This triple CD set, recorded “live” in the fall of 2007 in London, Ont. is a three hour presentation, in 10 to 15 minute bite sized pieces, with musical interludes and voiceover, which examines the four quadrants of Bruce's “Client Building System”, namely, Target, Know, Sell and Serve. The slides used during the presentation are included in booklet form. It is full of ideas and reflects Bruce's creativity, passion, commitment and enthusiasm for the wonderful profession of selling.
